The S/R engine collects the chart's swing highs and lows and clusters the ones that land near each other into zones — prices the market has turned at more than once. A level touched four times across three months is a different object from a line drawn through one low, and the clustering is what encodes that difference.

You can also draw your own: the S/R button in the toolbar arms a click-to-place horizontal line, saved per symbol so it is waiting when you return.

More touches over more time makes a stronger zone — and a zone is honest about being a zone, not a single price. Levels also swap roles when broken: yesterday's defended support, once lost, tends to become where sellers reappear.
