Fundamentals
Opty Exclusivedraws on the price
The company's vitals pinned above the price action, so the business context never sits more than a glance from the chart.
On this chart: P/E, dividend yield, beta, analyst consensus and next report date, above the chart.
What it measures
The Fundamentals strip pins the company's key figures — valuation, yield, beta, analyst consensus, next earnings date — directly above the chart. It exists on the charting desk specifically: on the screener drawer and ticker pages those numbers already surround the chart, so the strip only appears where they otherwise would not.
How to read it
Read it as the answer to 'what am I actually looking at' — the business behind the bars. A washed-out chart on a profitable dividend payer and the same chart on an unprofitable story stock are different situations wearing the same candles.
Using it on the wheel
The wheel's first rule is selling puts only on names worth owning at the strike — assignment is part of the strategy, not a failure. The strip keeps the worth-owning evidence in view while the chart work happens; the screener's Assignment Quality score is the systematic version of the same question.
Like everything in this guide, these are descriptions of conditions and reference levels — context for your own decisions, not instructions to trade.
